Mar Lan Construction was chosen to complete the tenant finish for TREK Bicycle Shop. The 4,010 square foot tenant finish improvements included a new bathroom, mop sink, new roof, new doors & hardware, new storefront entry, new demising walls throughout the space, fresh paint on walls, doors, and frames, new base and flooring throughout, a new electrical package, and a new security and fire alarm system.
