Mar Lan Construction was chosen as the Construction Manager at Risk for the Haag Oil C-Store redevelopment project in Topeka, Kansas. The Haag family purchased what was once an old grocery store located in the Gage Shopping Center in Topeka. The demolition required more than half of the old building structure to be removed. Extensive sitework removal and rework were essential. The end product was a nearly 7,600 square foot convenience store, customer parking, and a covered canopy with eight (8) double gas pumps.
