Mar Lan Construction was approached by the Haag family to update their 29th and Topeka Blvd. site, and demolition on the existing structure began in early February 2012.
The 5,025 square foot building is comprised of a 1,000 square foot full service bank outlet with a double drive thru, a convenience store, and liquor store which was finished at a later date. Within the Haag Oil site is the Kaw Valley Bank, which moved its location from the Hunter’s Ridge area north of Topeka. Finishes include stained concrete floors, custom cabinets and finishes at the Kaw Valley Bank, EIFS façade, and a TPO Energy Saving roof.
