Mar Lan Construction was chosen as the Construction Manager at Risk for the Home Sweet Home Dog Resort in November 2019. This would be the second location for the owner, Anthony Barnett. This 10,000 square foot facility is state-of-the-art and provides daycare services for client’s pets. Amenities such as separated areas for different sizes and breeds of canines provide a calm atmosphere, a large outdoor area where dogs can get daily exercise, and areas for humans to work and play.
The building was planned in such a way as to have future tenants that complement the services offered by Home Sweet Home.
