Mar Lan Construction was selected as the Construction Manager at Risk for the Prairie Band Potawatomi Nation Behavioral Health Center facility. The building serves their community as the treatment clinic for PBPN members dealing with substance use and behavioral health challenges.
Exterior features of the structure represent natural colors of the earth or ground and were designed to blend with the natural surroundings. Native stones, earth tone EIFS, warm-colored metals and tinted glass surround this dynamic looking facility.
The warm finishes carry on to the interior spaces as well from flooring to paint finishes, a perfect mix of colors and products. The interior houses offices, a reception area, group therapy space, a sensory room, and a private patio. The reception area features a round skylight which provides serene lighting as you enter the building.
