Mar Lan Construction was chosen as the General Contractor to build the Southwood Estates project for the Prairie Band Potawatomi Nation at Mayetta, Kansas. The project consisted of extensive site development along with constructing twenty-seven single family homes with floor plans ranging from 2-4 bedrooms.
The entire project was split into five separate phases, each phase being a different section of the 2-acre estate.
