Despite Old Man Winter, PBPN Food Sovereignty project continues to make good progress. Job superintendent Randy Frahm and crews took preventative measures against the cold and snow over the past week by protecting the subgrade with layers of concrete blankets, allowing the last sections of the floor slab to be poured and finished.
