There is nice progress being made at the Tri Delta Sorority House at 1630 Oxford Road. Earlier this year the old building was demolished and removed, the new building pad was prepared, and the new foundations are being poured. The three-story building is planned to be completed by fall of 2024. Chance Barritt, jobsite superintendent, is making sure progress is happening every day.
