There is a lot to report on this massive development project. The Crossing at KU is in some of the final development stages. The paved streets, curb and gutter, sidewalks and walking trails are really taking shape. From these overhead views you can see what several thousand yards of placed concrete looks like. There are several thousand more that will be required by the time it is completed. The crews are averaging several hundred yards a day on those days when conditions allow. Brandon Abel, jobsite superintendent, is busy monitoring the work, scheduling the testing agency and making sure the quality is being upheld. More to come on this project.
