A lot is happening at the OCS – Elsie’s Place Project! Job superintendent Kelly Hockey and crews have the mechanical, electrical and plumbing rough-ins complete. Insulation has been installed and the drywall has been hung with mud and tape near completion. Soon finishes will begin. The concrete patio has been poured, and the deck is well underway. Sidewalks have been poured, and work has begun on the parking lot.
