The O’Connell Children’s Shelter – Elsie’s Place is progressing nicely. Job superintendent Kelly Hockey and crews have finished constructing the front deck. The rear deck and balcony are near completion. The interior finishes are underway with flooring underlayment being installed, cabinets have been set and are being finished, walls have been painted, and trim is being installed.
