So many things have progressed at the LDCHA Clinton Place Expansion – Delmar Place Project! Job superintendent Brandon Abel and crews have been busy on the interior, setting doors and cabinets, sanding and painting drywall – the painters are finishing up level 1 now. The elevator has been installed. The hard surface floor coverings have been installed on the third floor, and we are working our way down. Sidewalks have been poured around the perimeter of the building and soon the landscape will be underway.
