Great progress is being made at the LDCHA Clinton Place Expansion (Delmar Place)! Job superintendent Brandon Abel and crews have the mechanical, electrical and plumbing in-wall rough-in underway. The roof sheathing and framing are finished, and the shingled roof installation is near completion. The window openings are being coated with a water proofing system then the windows will be installed. With Mother Nature on our side, many of the exterior elements of the building can continue.
