Great work is being done at the LDCHA Clinton Place Expansion Project (Delmar Place) with job superintendent Brandon Abel leading crews on the progression of both the exterior and interior of the building. The EIFS system (exterior insulation and finish system) is being installed on the exterior; the light blue coating is a liquid barrier, and the next white layer is a foam insulation panel. The windows have been set. Crews continue to work on roughing-in all the electrical, mechanical and plumbing openings on the interior for each of the 32 units. More to come!!
