Work is moving right along on the Stull Community of Faith Church fire restoration project. Pictures are showing the sheetrock work and finishes for the sound booth. Painting and finishes are underway including the floor tile that has all been installed in the food pantry. All existing wood floors will be sanded and refinished and new finish will be applied to the wood trim, base, and stair railing systems. The interior walls, many of them plaster, have been repaired where holes were made to remediate the moisture from the firefighting efforts. Authentic plaster techniques were used to make these repairs. Dan Connelly is enjoying working on this historic older building! Stay tuned for more updates.
