We are complete with the shell building both interior and exterior. All commons area spaces have been finished and we have the Mass Street Soda shop open for business. This historical preservation took a lot of effort among all parties involved but the hard work shines through. As you see in the photo, the exterior of this building has been restored as it would have looked on a spring morning back in the early 1910s. Hats off to this wonderful Owner for taking on such a wonderful project.
More work has been slated that will add additional finished space on the lower level. It should not take long before this building is fully occupied and providing services as it once did over 100 years ago.
