There is much to report on this project. Things are progressing quite nicely. This has been a one-step-at-a-time project, to say the least. Careful steps are being followed in order to comply with the historic governs surrounding this project. We are doing exterior finishes and utility improvements, and modifications that align with the historic confines are taking place on the inside.
