Chris Nichols, Project Manager, reports that work is moving forward nicely on the shell space for Mattress Hub located at 2525 South Iowa Street. Crews have completed demo and built the demising wall for the tenant space. The project is divided into two basic phases, the demo phase to prepare the space and the tenant improvement phase where we will begin to create the finishes for the tenant. Soon work will begin on the tenant finish phase of the project.
Project superintendent Dan Connelly has enjoyed the “indoor” project considering Mother Nature has not been so kind these past few weeks with snow, cold temperatures and more snow forecast in the coming weeks.
