Mar Lan is proud to announce a new ground-up Senior Assisted living facility projected to break ground in late October. The developer, Alcove Development, has been working with the City of Eudora on this proposed project for quite some time. This project is located in Eudora, Kansas and will be a great addition to the community. It is a 55-unit, 40,000 square foot facility with an inviting interior presence along with large amounts of natural light filtering into the proposed space. It will feature an interior courtyard along with many additional wonderful interior spaces for tenants and visitors to enjoy.
