In the last update on this project, we were doing the resinous epoxy floors. Now installation of the lab casework is underway, the fume hoods have been installed, and final painting and finishing touches are being completed. Kelly Hockey, jobsite superintendent, has spent all of 2023 on site completing several tenant finishes in the KUIP Phase III building.
