PBPN Host Ribbon Cutting for Southwood Estates

The Prairie Band Potawatomi Nation held a ceremonial ribbon cutting celebration for the official Grand Opening and earmarked the completion of theĀ 27-home project Southwood Estates. The (5) five-phased project provided homes for qualifying PBPN members and nearly all the homes are now occupied or spoken for.

The homes offered different floor plans with varied numbers of bedrooms and amenities to satisfy the growing housing needs of the Prairie Band community. The project enveloped nearly 2 acres of site improvements, roads and utilities and now completed, it establishes a new community of residents within the tribal grounds.

Randy Frahm, the project superintendent enjoyed working with all the PBPN folks directly associated with the project. It has been very gratifying to be a part of this history-making project for PBPN.
