Now that the demolition at the Tri-Delta Sorority is complete, it’s time to start new construction. The first step is underway, crews are bringing in fill dirt to build the pad site for the new building. This is a precise process involving multiple pieces of equipment to place and compact the soil as it is hauled in. A Geotech has to be present to test the soil to make sure it meets the specifications and is documented. Chance Barritt, jobsite superintendent, monitors the process as it is underway.
