Sheetrock is being installed at the KUIP ViroVax tenant finish. This project is located in the KU Innovation Park (KUIP) building formerly known as the Bioscience & Technology Business Center (BTBC). This is in the Phase III which is the latest building addition to this complex. This is just one of several tenants that will occupy this building. Mar Lan Construction has been chosen as KUIP’s construction partner on the balance of these finishes. Kelly Hockey, jobsite superintendent has been directing the day-to-day operations.
