Things are definitely looking “up” at the Homestead of Eudora project in the last few days. “Up” as in we are finally going vertical! Now that the weather is behaving and all the concrete slab-on-grade has been poured, Randy Frahm, job superintendent, is making progress on the framing phase of the project. You can see in the pictures, we have the structural steel erected and wood framing of exterior and interior walls is underway. Randy says, “It’s been a long hard wet winter so it is exciting to see the progress.” We couldn’t agree more! Many thanks to our subs and suppliers!
