Over the last few weeks, the intersection of 21st Street and Iowa has undergone a huge transformation. Just in time for school to start, 21st Street headed west has been opened to the public. The new alignment of this intersection has been completed, streetlight poles have been stood in place, sidewalks poured and connected. The new lights will soon be operational. Brandon Abel, jobsite superintendent has kept busy orchestrating all the subcontractors involved.
