Meanwhile, at the Treatment & Recovery Center, masonry has begun on the front facade of the building going over the orange-colored weather barrier. Installation of windows has started on the clerestory sections and will soon begin installing on the main level. Curbs and sidewalks are in and asphalt will be coming next week for at least half the site. Every day things are really beginning to take shape at the Treatment & Recovery Center.
