Mar Lan Construction was selected to construct the shell building expansion to Custom Mobile company located in Baldwin City, Kansas. Hitting the ground running, we’ve made good progress. There were site utilities that had to be relocated. Stormwater management required the addition of an area drain inlet and piping to manage the stormwater. This has been completed and allowed us to continue with building the gravel parking lot extension and strip and prep the building pad. Concrete footings and foundation have been poured. We are preparing the slab-on-grade to be poured yet this week. Everything is going very well and we’re happy about the progress! Thanks to the Custom Mobile folks for partnering with us on this project.
