A bird’s eye view of the Douglas County Tier II and Tier III Housing project site is captured via drone. You can clearly see the various stages of construction from this view. Early phases are shown on the Tier III project which will have a basement, so you are seeing the excavation and footings taking place. Then you see the Tier II housing in various stages of completion. A raw concrete slab that the framing is just starting to get underway and another building that has the roof dried-in and ready to close in for finishes.
