In Mid-November, a groundbreaking ceremony was held on site with Alcove Development, Midwest Health, the City of Eudora, and Mar Lan Construction. It was a blustery cold and snowy day but turnout was a great success. Fast forward one month and construction has begun on the Homestead of Eudora Assisted Living Facility. The building pad is built and excavation has already started on the footings and foundations. The project is scheduled to turnover in early Spring 2020.
Hopefully, old man winter will cooperate and the groundhog will not see his shadow so progress can continue. Mar Lan is excited to have the opportunity to work in Eudora on a project that brings a lot of excitement to the City of Eudora and its residents.
