UPDATE: Capital City Townhomes Project
With multiple units in different phases, job superintendent Brent Lantis and crews are making steady progress across the Capital City Townhomes project!! Some units are being demoed and prepared for the next stage, while others are nearing completion with cabinets being set, flooring laid, and painting finishes almost wrapped up.
On the exterior, siding has been replaced on all units and guttering is being installed giving the property a fresh new look as the renovation continues to take shape.
