The KUIP Phase 4 project is moving along. Job superintendent Marty Criqui and crews have been working on the drilled piers. The largest piers are 42” in diameter – the holes are drilled, reinforcing rings dropped into place, and then poured with structural concrete. When completed, there will be 100+ supporting piers beneath the main supports of the building.
