Significant progress has been made in the final phase of the Sigma Nu Addition & Renovation project! This is the basement recreation portion of the project. Matt Bell Project Engineer/Super and crews are busy renovating this space. The space called for a complete scrape of most of the existing finishes and framing to open the area for a larger space that will be used for study and relaxation. All the new framing, rough-in of mechanical and electrical are complete. The new finishes for this section are up next.
