The LDCHA Clinton Place Expansion – Delmar Place project is in its final stages. Job superintendent Brandon Abel and crews have been working diligently inside and out. Finishes, such as carpet, painting, cabinets and countertops are nearing completion on all three levels. The parking lot has been milled and reworked with striping. Landscaping has been completed; all areas have been seeded, and both trees and bushes are planted.
