Things have really progressed with the Empire Bar & Billiards project. Job superintendent Dan Connelly and crews have roughed in the under-slab plumbing and electrical. Plans called for a new structural mezzanine leading to the second-floor entertainment area. Metal stud framing was used to create separation from the open billiards area to back of house and supporting rooms such as restrooms, cooler’s office and mechanical areas. Drywall has been installed and is currently being finished. Finishes will be underway soon.
