Things continue to move forward at the LDCHA Delmar Place project. The mechanical, electrical and plumbing rough-ins have been completed on floors 2 and 3 and are nearing completion on the main level. Ductwork for the upper level has been placed in the attic. The interior wall framing and blocking has been completed. Job superintendent Brandon Able and crews are now working on insulation of the exterior and interior walls and installing sheetrock in each unit.
